By accessing or using airfaremapper.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Airfare Mapper Does
Airfare Mapper is a flight price comparison tool. It retrieves publicly available airfare data and displays it in a matrix format to help you compare prices across multiple airports and destinations.
Airfare Mapper does not: sell or book flights, process payments for travel, guarantee the accuracy of displayed prices, or act as a travel agent or airline. All bookings are completed on third-party websites after you leave Airfare Mapper.
3. Price Accuracy Disclaimer
Flight prices are estimates only. Prices may differ when you arrive at the booking site due to airline fare changes, availability fluctuations, taxes and fees not shown, or timing between search and booking. Always confirm the final price on the booking site before purchasing. Airfare Mapper is not responsible for price discrepancies.
4. External Links
Airfare Mapper links to Google Flights to allow you to search and book flights. When you click through, you leave Airfare Mapper and are subject to Google's terms of service.
5. Advertising
The free tier of Airfare Mapper displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. We do not control the content of these advertisements.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract data from the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Circumvent any rate limits or access controls
- Resell or commercially exploit data from the Service without written permission
7. Intellectual Property
The Airfare Mapper name, logo, and website design are owned by Airfare Mapper. Flight price data is sourced from third parties and is not owned by Airfare Mapper.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airfare Mapper shall not be liable for any inaccuracy in displayed prices, any loss arising from booking decisions made based on information shown on this site, any interruption or unavailability of the Service, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
9. Third-Party Services
Airfare Mapper links to third-party websites including Google Flights. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites.
10. Privacy
Your use of Airfare Mapper is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described there.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
